Entrance Policy:

At Lucia, our entrance policy blends the need for safety with our ethos of open-hearted hospitality. Our aim is to ensure every guest’s visit is steeped in the warmth and charm of the Mediterranean.

For the safety of all, entry requires a visible face for identification purposes and bag checks may be conducted. Special events may have additional entry requirements, so we advise checking these details when making a reservation.

Reservation Recommendations:

While we adore spontaneous visits, we recommend reservations to guarantee your spot under the sun. However, please note that a reservation does not ensure entry, as guest comfort and venue capacity are our guiding stars. 

We reserve the right to deny entry, with or without a reservation, always with a focus on maintaining Lucia’s serene and elegant atmosphere.

Dress Code: 

We suggest channeling the relaxed sophistication of Mediterranean chic attire. 

Offensive language, tattoos, imagery on clothing, hoods and sports attire are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to deny entry to align with Lucia’s ambiance.

Embracing All Ages:

Families are warmly welcomed in our restaurant and beach areas. Minors must always be accompanied by a guardian.

During select events, a 18+ policy may apply.

Pets:

Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome. They should remain on a leash and off the walkways. Service animals are permitted as per their trained roles.

Photography and Videos:

We encourage you to capture your memories, but please respect the privacy and enjoyment of others. Lucia is a place of inclusivity and respect for all. We will not be in any way responsible in the event of photo publication or the use of images taken by restaurant clients.

Please note that Lucia is a registered trademark and we therefore reserve the right to respond judicially in the event of offensive and/or tarnishing use/publication of our brand, our logo, our name and/or others images of the restaurant on social networks, websites, or other platforms.

Venue Policies:

Outside food, beverages, and décor are not permitted without prior approval.

Lucia stands as a beacon of inclusivity. We embrace guests from all walks of life, respecting cultural, linguistic, and personal diversity. Discrimination of any kind is contrary to the spirit of Lucia and inappropriate behavior towards staff or guests is not accepted.

Beach Reservations:

Our beachfront lounge chairs are available starting at 10:30am. Relax in style with full-service food and drinks, featuring a special selection from our restaurant menu. Kids and pets are welcome to join the fun. Beach chairs are for walk-ins only and cannot be reserved in advance.
